TUITION: Monthly tuition
is due the 1st of each month. You are responsible for payment of
all classes student is enrolled in (even if absent) until written notice
of withdrawal has been received by Cindy's Dance Studio. ALL
Registration and Tuition fees are non-refundable.
We will NOT send a monthly bill. A $10 late fee will be
added if payment is received after the 10th of the month. A $15 fee
will be applied for any returned checks. We accept check, cash,
money order/cashier check & Visa, MasterCard or Discover for Tuition
payments.
RECITAL/COSTUME:
Recital costume payments may vary between classes.
50% costume deposit (per costume) is recommended with Registration.
Costume balance will be due with November 1st tuition (Before Thanksgiving
Break). All recital costume payments are non-refundable.
Accounts must be current in order to receive recital costumes and to
participate in the annual recital. Please make all costume payments
separate from tuition and may be in the form of check, cash
or money order/cashier check & Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
(Tiny Tots & Pre-K combo class Costumes are $65 each & All Others
are $80 each)
ATTENDANCE/SCHEDULE: Cindy’s
Dance Studio offers regular weekly classes through out the Seminole County
Public School session, minus the studio closures listed below. If absent
from class the student may attend a make up class comparable to their
own at a later date agreed upon between parent and instructor. All Holidays,
studio closures & missed classes including the Monday Holidays (Sept
5th and May 28th) are available to make up at your own availability. Make-up
classes will be the parents responsibility. Tuition will not
be adjusted for any Holidays, missed or non-made up classes. Notices
will be posted in the studio prior to any schedule changes or holiday
breaks.
